Privacy Policy

Reinvention Unlimited ("we", "us") provides business and personal coaching, an AI Coach, and a private client portal at reinventionunlimited.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and coaching preferences.
• Coaching content: session notes, summaries, commitments, goals and results you share with us.
• AI Coach activity: call and message content used to provide coaching, recaps and reminders.
• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and whether you confirmed your subscription.
• Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we never store your card number.

Connected apps (Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Apple)

If you choose to connect a to-do app, we access only what is needed to keep your coaching commitments in sync. With Google Tasks we use the tasks permission to create a single list named "Coaching Commitments", add your open commitments to it, and read whether those tasks are completed so the portal stays up to date. We do not read, change or delete any other lists or tasks.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models, and no person reads it except where you ask us to for support or the law requires it.

You can disconnect at any time from Profile → Task Apps, which deletes the stored access tokens.

How we use information

• To deliver coaching, schedule sessions and send reminders and recaps you have asked for.
• To sync commitments and sessions with the apps and calendars you connect.
• To send newsletters only to people who confirmed their subscription.
• To operate, secure and improve our services.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, payments, video meetings, voice calls) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Security and retention

Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems and protected in transit with encryption. We keep coaching records while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and disconnect connected apps at any time.
