What you need to know…

    First of all, the RU (Reinvention Unlimited) method of business coaching is not for everyone. We as an organization are actually picky with who we work with. We’ve been around since 2002 so we have learned from our mistakes. We NOW know that we work best with an extraordinary leader who is (or who is willing) to be extreme and push the envelope in terms of vision and building teams of talented deviants, and takes bold and unreasonable action versus ordinary moderate leaders who are leaders in title only and hate vision, fake teamwork, and tend to retreat at the first sign of opposition. Extraordinary leaders not only raise the bar, they are, surprisingly, the most coachable!

    Are you coachable? Do you know what I mean when I ask you this? Are you willing to trust your coach and do what he/she suggests while not letting your inner voice talk you out of it? Will you take the boldest kind of action? Participate fully in the process? Let go of your ego and embrace LEARNING as -not only something to do -but a way of life? This is being coachable. It’s not about right/wrong or being the best in relation to some other competitor -it’s being the best YOU. It’s deciding that you are going to compete with yourself!

    This adventure you are considering is really an invitation to take a stand for your future. The winds of change are blowing at gale force against the barricades of the status quo. The speed of business is astounding right now. There is really no shortage of knowledge in the world -via the internet (and therefore no excuse for not making it!). Even with access to full knowledge -80% of businesses still go out of business in the first 2 years and another 50% don’t even make it past 5 years. So if knowledge was the key then this statistic would not exist!

    It’s not knowledge -it’s lack of coaching. Coaching is the key to accessing YOUR hidden blind spots. The things that you just cannot see that are disrupting your flow, your creativity and your results! A coach can see this because they are not you. Just like you can look over at your friend and see everything they are doing that is getting in their way. It’s obvious to you but not to them. Coaching gives you access to these blind spots. We all have them but not all of us are engaged in the process of revealing them for ourselves.

    Coaching is for winners. It’s not for leaders who are losing their game or in need of “help.” That job is for proven consultants, people who know how to give you a roadmap to success. A winning leader already has a roadmap -the issue is that they just cannot see their own blindspots! Once you unlock this ability then nothing can stop you! Coaching is really about expanding your capacity to accomplish what you say you want to accomplish.

    Coaching is really about you and I co-creating an impossible future together -one that is based on self -and organizational reinvention.
